Riise: How I scored 'that' goal

First came the own goal at Southampton, then the crucial goal at Highbury - naturally the goal against Arsenal put a smile back on his face.

"It was a much happier game for me than the one at Southampton," said riise.

"That wasn't a nice experience, an own goal like that. It was a beautiful own goal and I had loads of messages on my mobile phone from friends in Norway, they thought I had scored another great goal until they saw it on TV.

"I was just trying to head the ball to the corner, but it went straight in. I couldn't believe it. But I have played well this season and knew I had to forget it as soon as possible."
