John Arne Riise has updated his website to put the record straight about claims that his agent was discussing his availability with Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Speaking at Icons.com, Riise says: "I signed a long contract with Liverpool and I am happy here.
"I want to win trophies with this club and I have no plans to leave. I met Gerard Houllier yesterday and I assured him of this.
"My agent has also contacted the boss to tell him the same thing and to insist that he was misquoted in the newspapers.
"Everyone can see from my performances how much I love Liverpool. I always give 100 per cent because I want to do well and because I want the team to do well. I hope this clears everything up once and for all."
