Riise wants to win for the fans

Liverpool are in Wednesday's final in large part due to the efforts of the supporters against Juventus and Chelsea and Riise says the players are aware of how many fans are doing everything they can to get to Istanbul. It is that dedication that Riise hopes to reward with a winning performance on Wednesday night.

He said: "We know all the fans are going to a lot to get to the final, they are spending every penny, and we just want to give them a big celebration.
 
"The fans have been unbelievable and have helped us a lot in getting to the final. It started against Olympiakos and then it was amazing against Juventus and Chelsea and now we want to win the cup for them."
