Ruddock laments Stevie honesty

Ruddock, who also served Tottenham Hotspur during his time as an uncompromising Premiership defender, wants the midfield dynamo to stay in the ventre of the battlefield more often this season.

Ruddock said: "Stevie is too honest at times. You knew he was not having a good game as he was trying to get the ball and doing other people's jobs.

"He was on the left wing, then the right wing. He should keep his position and see how it goes."
