Rumour Mill: Gerrard to go to Chelsea for £31m

Liverpool may take Scott Parker as part of the transfer in a player-plus-cash swap deal apparently.

Gerrard has a clause in his contract that allows him to leave if the club do not make 'considerable improvement', but new boss Rafael Benitez is determined to convince the Liverpool skipper that the club will do that next season.
