The latest to do the rounds is that Liverpool and Manchester United are keeping close tabs on Borussia Dortmund star Shinji Kagawa.
Dalglish has allegedly sent scouts to monitor the Japanese international and Dortmund would be willing to part with their star for a fee in the region of £18m.
