Rush: Reds can go all the way

"Liverpool have a fantastic record in Europe and I genuinely believe whoever wins out of them and Inter will get to the final," he said.

"Inter are flying in Serie A at the moment but I think there will only be the odd goal in it whichever way it goes.

"When the draw was made, out of all the second seed teams, I think Liverpool were the team that none of the top seeds wanted to draw in the last 16.

"So I think we can all assume Inter did not want to be playing them at this stage of the competition which might give Liverpool the edge.

"They are capable of beating anyone in the world and seem to be really up for it in Europe and that's why no-one wants to play them.

"They have reached two finals in three seasons and beaten some big teams on the way to both Istanbul and then Athens and they could do it again."
