Middlesbrough say they are to appeal against a decision by the High Court after their case against Liverpool over the controversial Christian Ziege transfer was thrown out.
The High Court court originally rejected Liverpool's application to have the proceedings stopped before a full hearing could take place but today judges reversed that decision.
"We will ask for leave to appeal against this decision and hope that it is granted," said a Boro spokesperson.
