"I think it is difficult and, of course, Martin doesn't know the way we do things yet," said the Finn.
"Because he has only been here for a very short time he hasn't yet had the number of sessions you need to get used to the tactical side of things and it could take a little while before he is on the same wavelength as the rest of us.
"But hopefully that will happen soon and he will go on to play lots more games.
"It's just a question of settling in to the game here because the pace is quicker than it is in other leagues and it is very physical.
"Those are the two major things you have to get used to. If you can cope with them then you can cope with the game here and you can play well and that is what I would tell Martin."
