Sami going nowhere

Following the £6.5m transfer of centre-back Martin Skrtel to Anfield, Fulham have expressed an interest in signing Sami Hyypia. However, the Finn is definitely not for sale.

"I'm very pleased with Sami. We have four defenders now and we've seen the problems we can have if we just have three. We need the experience of Sami. He is not for sale," said Rafael Benitez.
