"Liverpool are a great club, I have an excellent rapport with the fans and I am very happy where I am now."
Hyypia admits that the club have had a disappointing season, but is confident they can finish well.
"It has not been a very positive season but I am confident that we will reach our Champions League target," he added.
"Qualifying for the Champions League will not save our season but it will provide some consolation."
