Sanchez: Group B clash is 'crucial'

A 2-2 draw in Basle saw Valencia lose valuable ground to Liverpool, but tomorrow's clash at Anfield is now regarded as 'crucial' as they look to secure top spot and a favourable phase two draw.

He said: "It's crucial that we leave Liverpool with the three points.

"Finishing first in our group is what everyone at Valencia are working towards and we cannot afford to take it easy against Liverpool."
