Martin Skrtel's Slovakia were beaten 2-0 by Paraguay yesterday and are facing an early exit from the tournament unless they can beat holders Italy in their final game and New Zealand don't beat Paraguay in their final game.
Skrtel played the full 90 minutes for Slovakia yesterday.
