Souness hoping for away joy

Rovers suffered yet another home reserve at the hands of Portsmouth last week and Souness is well aware that the weekend trip to Liverpool could prove vital.

Souness said: "It was a bad day at the office against Portsmouth and we have to rise above that focus on Liverpool, which is not going to be an easy game.

"But the way we have been at home we are going to have to win our away games to stay up."
