Spain needed an equaliser four minutes from time from Andres Iniesta to salvage a point against Iceland on Saturday. Spain were forced to play for 70 minutes with ten men when Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso was sent off for an alleged stamp on Arnar Vidarsson.

Alonso will be suspended for Wednesday's game against Latvia which will be a boost for Liverpool.
