Fernando Torres scored for Spain on his return from injury last night. The Liverpool striker played his first game since picking up a knee injury in the 4-1 win over Benfica back in April.
Torres was a 65th minute subsitute for David Villa while Pepe Reina was an unused subsitute. Former Red Xabi Alonso was also on the scoresheet.
