Pepe Reina, Alvaro Arbeloa, Xabi Alonso and Fernando Torres have had an extra month off after winning Euro 2008 but the quarter return to pre-season training this weekend.
"All the Spanish players will be back training with us on Friday. Torres will be one of them and hopefully we will see the difference in our play because of the quality these players showed last season," said Rafael Benitez.
