Stuttgart and Kaiserslautern keen on Babbel

Both FC Stuttgart and FC Kaiserslautern are being linked with the German defender, who is available on a free transfer after his loan spell with Blackburn ended.

"I know about his qualities and so we'll have to see what happens," said Stuttgart boss Matthias Sammer.
