Kenny Dalglish says Suarez could feature in the Reds' Premiership opener after impressing in training.
Suarez only returned to Melwood this week following his successful Copa America exploits but after impressing in training, Dalglish admitted he would have no worries about throwing the striker straight into action.
"He's trained and has no problem. We'll wait and see how he is tomorrow. We'll also see how Glen Johnson is in the morning," said the boss.
"Obviously Steven [Gerrard] and Martin Skrtel aren't there and they are the only two. Everyone has come back from the international matches fine."
