The player is currently being tracked by several Spanish clubs, but the Reds are thought to be keen to bring a bit of sunshine to Anfield.
Sunday is expected to be sold for around £1.3 million, with club side Ejido expected to let the player leave on good terms.
Ejido club spokesman said, "We are disappointed to receive the propositions but we do not want to cause the player problems in his professional progression."
But Sunday seems unsure whether he wants leave the sun of Spain for the alternative climate of Liverpool. Sunday added, "For me, to play in the Spanish Primera Division is the big dream".
