Taricco, who was accused of "acting like a little girl'' by West Ham defender Glen Johnson in a similar incident, now wishes to put the event behind him.
Taricco told The Evening Standard: "I play football, that's all. Once the game is over, whatever happens on the pitch is dead and buried as far as I am concerned."
