Damrongchaitham took over the Liverpool bid when Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra was forced to admit he did not have the money to buy a stake in the club and was reliant of public money to raise the necessary funds.
"Around the end of this month I will go to talk to their executives and I think we should reach some conclusions." said Damrongchaitham.
