Thai PM threatens to invest elsewhere

"We desire to pursue any British soccer team," said a spokesman for Shinawatra, Chakrapot Penkai. "Thailand is looking to be partially involved in such a quality institution, but it could be any other team.

"Right now negotiations are dynamic and changeable. Other teams have already approached us.

"We would be happy to be involved with the Premier League anywhere, any time and any manner.

"Right now we are confident in many ways with the Liverpool initiative," he added. "Thailand would be comfortable with whatever happens."
