"I definitely thought it was a case of not being our night when I missed the penalty. I'll give Luis a kiss when I get in the dressing room," said the Liverpool captain.
"The timing will break Arsenal's hearts but we don't mind that. Lehmann was fantastic and kept out almost everything we threw at him.
"It was a massive win. The most important thing was not losing the match but this has given us a big psychological boost for pushing on and finishing above Manchester United.
"And if we keep on nicking results like this I can't really see Arsenal catching us either."
