"Liverpool football supporters planning to travel to France for the UEFA fourth round first leg match with Auxerre are advised that all tickets for this match have now been sold," said a Police spokesman.
"Liverpool supporters who are not in possession of match tickets are advised not to travel.
"There will be strict security measures enforced at the stadium by the French police and tickets will not be on sale at the home stadium.
"Supporters are asked to respect this advice."
