"People have said it's my chance to seal a transfer move but I see it only as my chance to help get Sheffield United into a major final.
"I owe United a lot after they gave me the chance to kickstart my career after I left Manchester United and I'm very happy here.
"I really don't know what will happen in the future but I can reassure all the Blades fans that my focus for Wednesday night is right.
"Everything else will take care of itself but I can say no-one has told me anything about any concrete offers from Liverpool or any other club.
"I am just looking forward to playing on the same pitch as some real international players and gauging myself against some established stars."
