Torres dismisses injury worries

Torres picked up a knock in a training ground clash with David Albelda but the Liverpool striker says it is not serious and won't rule him out of Spain's European Championship qualifiers this week.

"I received a knock [to the knee] from Albelda and at first I did not really give it a second thought," said Torres.

"I began to notice it more in the afternoon. The doctor told me that it might feel a bit painful but it was nothing serious."
