Torres injury latest

The Liverpool striker will be out for two to three weeks after a scan confirmed Torres suffered a hamstring tear during Sunday's game. Torres has withdrawn from the Spain squad for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers and is a doubt for the league game against Man Utd and the Champions League game against Marseille.

"A scan this afternoon has confirmed a hamstring tear in Fernando's right leg. He is expected to be out for between two and three weeks," said a club spokesman.
