N'gog was part of the French side that beat an Argentina under 20's side featuring fellow Red Gerado Bruna 4-2 on penalties after a 0-0 draw. The Liverpool striker scored in the shoot-out.

France will now play Chile in the final, a side that beat them 1-0 in the group stage.
