Trialist future uncertain

The Genk goalkeeper has been spending the last couple of days training with the Liverpool squad with the hope of securing a more permanent move.

But it seems likely that he will return to Belgium, where he is currently on loan at Heusden-Zolder.

"In the morning I had goalkeeper training and later I trained with the main squad," Bailly said.

"The real stars weren't there, however, Michael Owen shook hands with me. He's a good guy.

"I am staying calm. I haven't received a concrete offer. I will end the season with Heusden-Zolder."
