Personal Application
The Fan Card must be presented when purchasing tickets at the Ticket Office and Shareholders must bring details of their shareholding.
Postal Applications
Postal applications from Shareholders and Season Ticket holders should include the correct remittance, stamped addressed envelope. Season Ticket holders must also quote their Fan Card number. Shareholders must give details of their shareholding. Shareholders with shares registered under a nominee company, must give details of the nominee company and the account number. Postal applications should be received by Monday 15 September 2003.

Telephone Bookings
Tickets will be available on 0870 220 0034 and will be subject to a 50p per ticket booking fee. Season ticket holders must quote their fan card number and confirm their address. Shareholders will be required to confirm their address and details of their shareholding. Shareholders with shares registered under a nominee company, must give details of the nominee company and the account number must be supplied.
Tickets will be available from Wednesday 10 September 2003 until Saturday 20 September 2003 during normal office hours Monday - Friday 9.15am to 4.45 pm.
Balance of Tickets
The balance of tickets will go on sale from Monday 22 September 2003 during normal office hours subject to availability and for as long as supplies last
It is strongly recommended that season ticket holders wishing to attend the match should purchase their ticket during the priority period set aside for season ticket holders i.e. between Wednesday 10 September and Saturday 20 September 2003.
For personal applications from season ticket holders NO loyalty can be captured without the Fan Card being presented at time of purchase.
In the event of Liverpool Football Club progressing in the UEFA Cup competition, under the loyalty scheme priority for future rounds will be given to Season Ticket holders and NON Season Ticket holders who have purchased tickets for the earlier rounds.
Season Ticket Holders must present their fan card whenever purchasing tickets excluding purchases at the turnstiles.
Should tickets be available on the night of the match it will not be possible to capture data at the turnstiles and therefore loyalty CANNOT be credited against Season Tickets holders details held on the Ticket Office computer systems.
In the event of progressing in the competition all supporters who purchase a ticket should retain their ticket stub, as they may be required for future home UEFA Cup ticket allocations.
