Cesar told reporters that he has had no direct contact with any English clubs, including fellow chasers Newcastle United, but that he is aware of the speculation regarding his future.
''I have not spoken personally with the clubs and only know of the news published in the press. My future is worked out by my agent," he said.
However, he then added: "I am happy with the interest because it demonstrates that my efforts are valued. English football is spectacular and there is a lot of work for defenders. There is always that option but today I only want to concentrate on Depor."
It is thought the 27 year old could be prised away from Depor with a bid of around £6m.
