With five defeats from their last five encounters the United boss must be hoping that Liverpool's recent poor form will continue, at least for another week.
"Whenever we have played them over the last few seasons we have attacked them with five or six players every time we have had the ball.
"This time we might not do that and it might give them a few more things to think about. We'll definitely be prepared the right way this time."
