"It's a tough start for Liverpool," said the often contraversial Blades boss.
"It's an exciting game for everyone at the club and it'll be tough for Liverpool! It's a fantastic way for us to start the season.
"We wanted a big club at home on the first day and everyone will be looking forward to this one now. It's as difficult a start for us as we could have wished for but we're looking forward to it."
