"PSV are a team that defends well, but in the two games together against us they had a total of three shots," said Wenger.
"Offensively they are not a big threat and won't get away with just defending. If they get under pressure here Liverpool have a great chance of beating them.
"I would make Liverpool highly favourites to go through."
