Camara's career has nose-dived since leaving Anfield for West Ham and the only action he's seeing these days is in the reserves or on the telly.
"West Brom have made an enquiry to take Titi on loan with a view to a permanent move should they go up," said Camara's agent.
"The problem is with West Ham. They are not prepared to let Titi go out on loan and would only be interested in letting him go in a permanent move."
