Winter defends dodgy decision

"It was a definite penalty. There was a clear holding offence," said Winter in contradiction to Jeffers' statement that he was clipped.

"Riise clearly tugged Jeffers back as he went past him. That is why he was cautioned for unsporting behaviour.

"I had a good view of the incident at the time and, having seen the game again on TV, have no reason to change my opinion."
