Young Reds set for Crewe move

Gradi met his Reds counterpart Gerard Houllier last night in a bid to secure some of Liverpool's burgeoning young talent. Reserve players such as Neil Mellor, Jon Otsemobor and John Welsh are expected to head the Crewe manager's wanted list.

Gradi said: "I will talk to Gerard Houllier about possible players Liverpool might have available for loans."
