He said: "At the moment I am focusing on things here at Coventry. I have committed myself until the end of the season so I'm still looking forward to the rest of the campaign.
"It's a great league and it won't do me any harm whatsoever. I can only gain from it and hopefully it'll be a good stepping stone for me to play for Liverpool.
"It is always at the back of my mind that I will be going back to Liverpool at the end of the season, which is where I want to play my football long-term. I am aiming for the top and still have a chance of fulfilling that dream."
