Sami Hyypia has warned the Portugese side that they haven't won the tie yet however, and says the Reds can be inspired by their performances last season.
"It's certainly not over yet. Now we know what we have to do at Anfield," said a defiant Hyypia.
"Yes, it was a painful way to lose the game and we are wondering how we gave away a goal at a set piece, because we knew how they would deliver them.
"But we can take inspiration from what we did last season. It's a similar situation to Olympiakos when we had to win by two goals. Sure we can score two goals and stop them scoring."
