Telling it as it is....

4-0 what a score line and what a buzz. You might not remember me telling you all before but I have an uncle who is a fanatical Leeds fan and he always loves winding me up before the Leeds and Liverpool games, but I think this might just shut him up for a while.

This game was not just important because it was against are main rivals, it was important because our victory has kept us in touch with the leaders of the Premiership. And we are still just two points behind Manchester United, which in away is a good position to be in.

At the moment I am chuffed with the way we are playing in the Premiership because I think its safe to say we might just have got our form back, because we have won three games in a row, with two of the teams being Man U and Leeds and beating them will probably keep a smile on my face for quite a while.

The game against Leeds was a good one, but it was also very strange. I found it strange because it was weird seeing Robbie Fowler with a white shirt on playing for the opposite team. I personally was sad to see Fowler leave Liverpool, especially to play for one of our main rivals, but I think it was best for both our club and Fowler himself. Also we have other class strikers like Heskey and Owen who both do just as good a job as what Fowler can do, but in my personal opinion I have always thought Owen and Heskey were the best partnership for Liverpool. Heskey has being struggling for goals recently but now I think he has found his goal scoring form again, scoring two of the four against Leeds, which is also his third goal in two games, which isn't bad for someone who before that hadn't scored for 34 matches.

The other goal scorer's in the
Leeds game was an own goal by Ferdinand and an injury time goal by Michael Owen. Lets hope we can carry on this form for the rest of the season not just against our rivals but against the lesser teams of the Premiership who we seem to struggle against.

YNWA.
